While attending lacrosse games here at North Stafford High School, visitors often remark what a class program
we have. This is due largely to the quality and number of our volunteers
who keep things running smoothly. For the 2007 season, please consider giving
of your time and talents in the following areas:
The NSHS Lacrosse Season is Here
We have alot of things
coming up for Fundraising for Lacrosse so please check it out.
Our Fundraiser Yard Sale/
Bake Sale has been changed to April 21st, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
For more information call Leanne
Dalton. We need volunteers to help at this event. We also need baked goods. One baked good from each
players family would be a great donation! We also need your donations of Yard Sale items to sell as all proceeds go
to the Lacrosse team! Please call or email Leanne Dalton (720-8713 or
rljsdalton@yahoo.com regarding volunteering, baked goods and donations for the Yard Sale.
We have 7
HOME games this season. Concessions are a BIG money
maker for the team. It is requested that each Lacrosse parent (or an available 18+ year old family member) volunteer
a minimum of at least once game during the season. Below
is the list of Home Lacrosse games. I need 4 Volunteers for JV games and 4 Volunteers for Varsity games. Varsity
parents work during the JV game and JV parents work during the Varsity games. This way you can be there to watch your
child play. If you have a Varsity and JV player we request that you volunteer your
time for at least one of each game. Let's Make this
a GREAT Fundraising Year!

Rep
Field Liners - If you really want to show your gratitude to the coaches, please
consider helping us line the fields before each game. This involves measuring
and painting the individual lines that make up the field. This generally takes
between one to two hours for each of the seven or eight home games and is more suited for a parent who gets out of work early
in the afternoon. No need to commit to all games; we will take any help that
we can get.
Ball Boys - Calling all future Wolverines.
Here's a great opportunity to help out the team, gain some new insight into the game, and get a great view of the action
all at the same time. This involves watching the game from the end lines and
retrieving those blazing shots that miss the goal. Due to the potential risk for injury, we require that all ball boys
be at least late elementary school age (4th or 5th grade) and wear a lacrosse helmet.
